Having worked for the government, private sector, and non-profit industry, he knows not only the laws to get something done but how to get through the bureaucracy of complicated processes. He has lived and worked in several countries such as England, Portugal, the Philippines, and China, which is particularly helpful when dealing with immigration and international business issues.
In addition to practicing law, Jay R. Tioleco teaches Immigration Law at Los Angeles Valley College's Paralegal program.
Attorney Jay R. Tioleco received his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Law where he was awarded several awards including the UMKC Law Alumni Association Harry S. Truman Leadership Award. He graduated cum laude from the University of Scranton with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and in History.
